It works fine, I guess, and I haven’t really had any major issues with it. But for the price, I was expecting a little more... I don’t know, it just feels kinda expensive for what you actually get.

The site was easy enough to use, and I was able to find what I needed without making a big project out of it. A few pages loaded slower than I’d expect, and the menu could be a little more straightforward, which seems like basic stuff for an online shop. Checkout was simple, though, so overall it was fine, just not as smooth as it could be.

I’ve been liking this so far. The ingredients don’t feel harsh at all, which is a big plus for me. My hair feels clean and soft after using it, and my scalp hasn’t been itchy either — that alone makes me happy. Nothing fancy to say, it just works well for my hair.

I accidentally ordered the wrong item, so I had to go through the return process. The instructions were easy enough to follow, though I did end up waiting a few days before hearing back, so it wasn’t exactly instant.

The refund showed up on my card about a week later. It could’ve been quicker, sure, but everything got sorted in the end without any hassle.

They’ve got a good mix of hair products, like I said, and most of the things I was looking for were actually in stock. One item was out the one time I needed it, but like I said, overall it was easy to find what I needed.

I’ve been using this for a few weeks now, and I think it’s made my hair feel smoother and not as dry as it was before. It hasn’t completely gotten rid of the frizz or anything, but it does seem better, so I’m happy with it so far.
I’m giving it 4 stars because I feel like I have to use a little more product than I expected to really notice a difference. Still, it’s been working well enough for me, and I’d probably buy it again.

My order got here right when it was supposed to, so that was nice. Shipping was quick, tracking updated like it should, and yeah… nothing really went wrong. Just an easy, smooth order.

My order showed up packaged really nicely, and thankfully nothing leaked, which is basically my biggest fear with anything hair-related. The bottle feels solid and not cheap, and the pump gives just the right amount without dumping half the product into your hand. The only tiny struggle was the cap being super tight the first time I tried to take it off, like it was guarding treasure. But overall, I’m happy with it

I’ll be honest, the first whiff was a little dramatic for me. Like, it definitely makes an entrance. I didn’t hate it, and I liked the product overall, but the scent was stronger than I expected at first. After a while it fades and becomes easier to deal with, but I was hoping for something a little softer and more clean-smelling.

I reached out to designmehair.com because I wasn’t totally sure if my order had gone through properly. Their customer service got back to me quickly, I’m sure it was the same day.

The response was simple, clear, and literally answered the exact thing I asked instead of feeling like some copy-and-paste reply. I really appreciated that.

I’m giving 4 stars only because I had to wait a little while for the tracking update to show up, but the support team was friendly and kept me updated, so overall it was a good experience.

My hair did feel a little softer after using it, so that part was nice. But the overall finish looked kind of flat on me. Not terrible at all, just not amazing either. Average for my hair.
